150$ is a steep price, but because its dainese i think itll be quality. I love dainese, and its the only protection ill rock on my motorcycle.
i dont feel like this picture shouldve won. its such a cliche picture. theres hundreds of them out there on the web. the other picture had more sole, but more importantly it was original. my two cents
imo the bmx is the one pointless in the vid (dont get upset i ride park 90% of the time). he was just riding down the stairs as if he was a downhiller. =S i wouldve thought he'd at least grind a rail. i dunno. he just seemed out of place. In general the vid was too long for the casual riding they were doing. however it looked like they had fun. just a chill sesh with close friends.
We truely need more companies like this in the sport. Designing and building each component in house, and not in taiwan, or buying it out of a catologue and stamping their logo on it. This video instills a sign of quality in the product. Definetly will not hesitate buying Hope products. Good job Hope.
i think go pro should first refine its 1080 to perfection. the picture is really grainy colour wise wen u use the 1080 setting. thats why i just set it to 720 at 60 fps and ta da. decent footage
@ sam264, if they dont have pink bike... then theyre not avid cyclists, so why are they in the club? :p dont take offense to wat i said.
That caliber of quality is useless in some applications, where the pedal gets eaten up. Its a beautiful pedal, and id love to have it on an xc or light am bike, but id never put it on my street or Dh bike.
I couldnt agree with you more. I ride mostly park, and during the winter we have an indoor park around here. Ever since it opened I find that I burn out early in the season (about 1 or 2 months ago). By burn out i mean that my riding kinda goes to shit. Im not motivated, not confident etc. Its just a break. As soon as im back in it, I ride harder, and enjoy it a lot more. Despite taking that 2 or 3 month break i dont see any loss of progression. Im just recharged, and yearning it.
